An EV conversion requires a very reliable drive train interface. Your project's success or failure depends on the quality of the interface. Our newest shop shows improvements in large vehicle interfaces. As the images show below, there is no interface that is too large or too small.

The two center flanges are for the light car and truck series, so you can imagine the vehicles that we can take on with flange diameters of 18 inches and larger. Time to start playing with the 13 inch motors again!
Basic Drive Train Interface

This drive train flange assembly with idler allows for a direct connection from Warp series motors to any transmission. The flanges have three sheer points (replaceable) to protect your investment. The sheer point can be selected by the user based upon the torque he/she wants to deliver to the final drive wheels.
Full Conversion Kits

Full kits come complete with pulley assemblies, electronics mouting plates pre-cut for all of the components you will need for your conversion. It takes the guess work out of your conversion. We manufacturer full kits to suit a number of vehicle models, and standard kits that adapt to the rest.

Mid Priced Drive Trains

Midpriced "Framing Kits" wrap the motor in a stable frame that allows for it to be bolted to the original motor mounts of the vehicle. Mounting surfaces on the framing kit are flexible for placement of the motor mounts without taking away from the structural integrity of the motor frame itself.
Motor Framing kits will adapt to most automobiles with little modification required.
